Midi plaid shirt dress with tie waist

Barely worn and in excellent condition. No flaws. Soft, light weight fabric that doesn't wrinkle. Super cute tie waist. Gorgeous for fall or winter. Selling because it is unfortunately too big for me but I'm sad to part with it.
