Black velvet pleated midi skirt, this fabric has a luxurious drape to it. This will be an excellent addition to your fall/winter wardrobe. Only selling this because I have cats with long hair, and this material does tend to collect fur!

jannaalbarda @babalaur the waist is elastic so it is very accommodating: laying flat it is 13 inches across without being stretched, and it can stretch up to approximately 19 inches. Lying flat the length is approximately 30.5 inches. Hope this helps!
