Mike Is NWT - Long Skirt - Size 8 - Black & White

This is a new with tag skirt from “Mike Is” it is a size 8 but I think it fits smaller. It measures about 14” across the waist and is 29” long with a flare and lace trim at the bottom. This is not a high quality skirt, but it’s still super cute. I can’t find a material tag, but I am assuming it’s polyester ish. Comes from smoke free home.
