Voluminous and weighted dress with tiered gather skirt bottom and giant puff sleeves. Elastic banding through sleeve cuffs for comfortable wear. Square cut bodice with gentle gathered around neckline. Pulls on over head. No pockets. Fabric has a cotton/linen feel but exact fabric content is unknown. Fabric has gone through a hot wash before sewing to soften and pre-shrink.
