Milly of New York silk flutter sleeve cocktail dress

Black and chartreuse green silk dress with geometric waist detail and sleeve trim. Really unique design and the fabric is great - 94% silk and 6% spandex so it looks like pure silk but fits really comfortably. Fully lined with exposed zipper at back. Waist laying flat: 14” Length shoulder to hem: 40” Sleeve length inner arm hole to sleeve hem: 11” No flaws noted. Freshly dry cleaned. Purchased at Beacon’s Closet in Brooklyn in 2022.
