Mini Boss Button Up Romper

Says size 80 but this fit my son when he was 6 months old. I would say size 6-12M depending on the size of your child. Aim for it to fit them at 6 months old and if it is too big they will grow into it very quickly! Lol Carters tagged for exposure, not sure on which brand this actually is.
