Mini Bubble Hem Dress - Brown/Burgundy - size 4??

I purchased this mini bubble hem dress in Milan 2006. I never had chance to wear it. However, I did remove the tags, so I cannot tell exactly the type of fabric and exact size. I will guess that the dress is size Small, and the fabric to be cotton and some elastin. The dress has adjustable straps. Drop waist. - big for 2025 Belt included Bubble Hem - big for 2025 The bubble hem skirts and dresses are back in style for 2025 Length = 32 inches ( 81 cm) - it can be made slightly shorter or longer by adjusting the straps.
