Mini Jacquard Skirt Size US 2 (runs a bit small)

This gorgeous skirt that I Thrifted from Thredup is in perfect condition but too small for me. I am a size 2 so I guess it would fit if you're smaller (specially at the waist and hips) I really love this skirt and hope to find it a new home! Price is negotiable. I don't know the brand as the tags don't say but I think its Casper if I remember correctly.
