Mini Ruffled Skirt

This mini skirt features layered ruffles with texture. It's new but I took the tags off. I've never worn it. I love it but it's a bit small on me. otherwise I would keep it. Size small. Purchased in Dec 2024 from Oak and Fort. Black. Elastic waist band. it has shorts built in but looks like a skirt.
