bc_lizard @meleb44 hi there, I’m so sorry it’s taken me so long to reply - I totally missed this message. The measurements are taken from the lining. The lining also has some stretch to it. The top layer is larger and flowy. The PTP measurement is 26”. The waist around 31”. It’s hard to say as the lining is a bit of a A-line cut and the top layer is more voluminous. The hem is about 39” across side seam to side seam.
