Mini lace dress with fringe hem size small/medium

Super cute t-shirt mini dress with lace detail and a fringe hem. I bought this at a festival a few years ago and only wore it once. My festival days are behind me so I've decided to sell. There is no size tag but it fits like a small/medium. I have provided detailed measurements below. No fabric composition either but feels like a cotton/poly blend.
