Mini skirt

Super cute tulip front mini skirt, high waist, navy blue, size 36 (equivalent to S or size 4) ruching on one side, material has a cool but subtle lined pattern in it that’s hard to capture in photos, last photo shows it best. Never worn, only tried on but too small on me now. Excellent condition
