Miniature Seaside Seagul Painting Unsigned

Miniature original painting unsigned Such a precious little piece from my Mum's collection. Not sure where she picked it up but it must have been England I removed it from the little frame it's in to feel the texture and I do believe it's a real painting. Needs a slightly bigger frame to show the whole scene properly! Frame is imperfect. Such a moody little scene....every time I look at it I feel I'm there by the seaside with a storm rolling in ☁⚡
