My goal is to create an ethical and minimal closet. I believe in thrifting which is why I have listed all the items from my closet which I think could be of interest and use to others. I am a full time Software Engineer, so if you have any questions I will try to answer them within few hours and if you place an order I will try to ship the item(s) in a day but some days it might take up to 2 days to ship the item(s). Hi Have you read the book or followed anything by Marie Kondo? She is very good at helping you decide what should stay or go. I️ have adopted her method of folding all my shirts in my closet and it helps so much. I️ also get rid of half of them this way. Best of luck to you. @nirupamarachuri

@pammalla Hi Pam, yes I did watch a lot of video following KonMari technique. I loved them too and somewhere I believe I was also inspired by it. But I was mainly moved by The Minimalists. Did you check their documentary out on Netflix? It’s so hard hitting and true facts. I’m just so tired of all the stuff I own. I don’t even use most of them. I’m glad that I’ve started downsizing everything I own. And it feels great to see my fellow posher same as me!! 🤗

I watched Minimalism. Loved it. I’m trying to slowly get all my basics down to black. My cousin only wears black adding different pieces of appropriate jewelry and always looks so put together. I’d be happy to just get down to 10 pair of jeans right now.

@caro_blue wow that's a good technique. I'm trying by adopting plain clothes in my day to day life. That actually reduced the amount of time I spend on the mornings thinking of what to wear and complicating other things like which Bag to carry? Would that match? I got fedup of wasting my time over things that only I notice about myself and nobody else would. Which is why I created an account on Poshmark not for business but with a purpose.

@katargue Oh, let me welcome you first to Poshmark. So this is just an introduction listing about myself and my purpose here on this platform. You can list it for $0 or any other $. When you list anything for $0 it lists as "not for sale". One of the benefits/features of Poshmark is that you need not re-list an item for exposure.

@katargue All you need to do it share it to get it more exposure to others. Share it to parties and/or just to your followers. When the item is listed for less than $3 it doesn't get most exposure. So list them for or above $3.

@lisitadee Hello, it took me few months too to get into this app and consistently staying active on it is the key to making sales. I'd recommend doing your research of the price the item would sell for, it's demand and posting good pictures with appropriate description. And the best of Poshmark is you can share your listing to the parties and with your followers in general to give the listings more visibility/exposure to wider audience.
