It has a 7 1/2” flounce on the bottom and a 6 1/4 inch flounce around the neck line. It’s made of 100% viscose, which helps to keep you cool on hot days. The skirt measures 18 1/2 inches on the left side and 23 1/2 inches on the right side. It can be washed at home and the material is wrinkle resistant. It doesn’t have any stretch.
