Minolta Hi-Matic F Rangefinder Film Camera 38mm F2.7 Lens

Minolta Hi-Matic F Rangefinder Film Camera 38mm F2.7 Lens Camera is in very good condition.  Tested using the battery hack, since batteries are no longer made for this camera.  Shutter and everything works fine.  The seal in the film compartment is starting to deteriorate, as seen in photos.  Everything else is in very good condition.  Camera case is very good too, the edge material is also starting to deteriorate, as seen in photos.  See photos for over all condition.
