Mint Cold Shoulder Top with Lace Trim

Greek goddess like style - cold shoulder top, adjustable tie straps and stretchy waist. Lace trim on sleeves Excellent condition. No snags or pulls on material. This was when forever 21 was better quality.... Waist 12” laid flat but stretches to 18”+! Size small but I’m a size M/l and this still fits me....
