Mint HD in Paris (Anthropologie) scalloped edge blouse

Flowy and feminine, lightweight Anthropologie blouse. Perfect for summer. Looks beautiful as part of an office wardrobe. Gently used, but in great condition. Some loose threads from the material, but the scalloped edges are cut (not sewn) by design, so it happens. I generally trim them every few wears, but left them in these photos to accurately represent the materials.
