robo77 @hirdz21 Hi, turn on your Bluetooth on your phone or tablet first then when you open the case the ear phones will sync with device. You should see the name of the ear phones pop up on your device and it will either auto select them and pair or you can click on the name of the ear phones when you see it pop up on your device. Do with with any Bluetooth item.

robo77 @hirdz21 Always turn on your Bluetooth setting on your phone or tablet first, then turn on the item you want to sync/pair to it and your phone/tablet should find the items you want to sync/pair to it. Hope that helps. 🙂
