Miss Selfridge Peasant Dress

Off-white cotton-blend midi peasant dress with skirt lining and lace ruffle around neck line. Has 2 tiny belt loops on sides that are barely visible but give the option to include a waist tie or teeny belt. In EUac with no holes or visible stain- only one is by tag inside, but can't be seen from outside of dress.
