Can you please provide the chest and waist measurements?

@jmifsud76 this dress is loose on my chest and waist. My chest size is 35" but you can probably comfortably go up to a 38" measurement. I'd say the waist is around a 30" - 32".

@jmifsud76 I'm not the best at measuring so apologies on that front. I laid the garment flat and measured and I think that it's about 17" for the shoulder and also 17" for the waist but don't quote me on that. this one is difficult to measure flat because the sleeves are supposed to droop down. I added photos to the listing with a measuring tape to give you a better idea.
