poshmarkregan Is this water repellent? What is the shoulder measurement? And what temperature would you say this is ideal for? Thanks for your time

I’m not sure if it’s fully/completely water repellent but I don’t believe so because the material is nylon! & I will have to get back to you in a bit with the shoulder measurement once I get back home from work! As for temperature, it’s a little subjective depending how each person deals with the cold, but it’s pretty warm for how lightweight/compact it is! Maybe not a blizzard in the dead of winter, but it’s still pretty warm!
