zoey_vega @tiarajoysharon Hi there! It’s a nail art stamping plate, so you’d need a silicone stamp and scraper to use it. How it works is that you choose the design on the plate that you want for your nails, cover it with the polish of your choice and scrape off the excess. Press the stamp down on the design and then on your nail. It’s as easy as that!
