Brand new, never used. Small cat/dog wearable harness. Your pet's arms and legs go through the existing holes and straps go over the pet parents shoulders. Pet can be worn on one's front similar to a baby carrier or one's back. Sides have a zipper enclosure on each side as well as velcro straps to secure fasten. This area around the neck also has additional elastic for the safety of your pet. Inside the pet's enclosure is also a latch to connect to an existing collar or harness for added safety/security. Pet parents shoulder straps are easily adjustable and have plastic buckles for release as well. Could not use as my cat was larger than I anticipated. Would be good for very small dogs and small framed cats.
