Mod Cloth Dress - Only worn once!

A polyester and elastin dress that is stretchy with thick fabric. Ruched at the top. Sleeveless. White band on bottom of Navy blue upper. Zipper is nice and low for easy access. Very well made! Size 10 but fits size 4-6. 32 inch bust, 26 inch waist, and torso length 17 inches, skirt length 18 inches for a total length of 35 inches. Armhole 9 inches front. Shoulder width 12 inches.
