Adorable fit and flare dress! Can be worn with tights for fall/winter seasons. Black and white polka dots combined with stripes (not teal as pictured). Size zip with hook and eye closure. Fully lined. Bust (armpit to armpit) 15.5 Waist 14 Shoulder to hem 37 Fabric does not have stretch. I would say this fits on the smaller side of size 8. In excellent condition!
