ModCloth Sleeveless Navy Flowy Blouse Top XS

Vintage-inspired flowy deep navy fun2fun blouse purchased from ModCloth (before they were bought out by Walmart and became fast fashion). Lots of little pleats on front, and smooth back. Size is XS, but because of how billowing the fabric is and the tie around the waist, garment can size up to Medium easily, and down to XXS. Can be worn as a tunic style shirt, or use the tie it comes with to cinch around waist. NOTE: Little wear around some seams & slight discolouration under arms.
