Moda International | Black laced shrug

In like new condition Material tag says trim is 5% spandex, but the shrug isnt really stretchy. Sleeves are extra long, but it is the style it is trying to convey. Im 5'6" and the last photo shows how far the sleeves go. Shoulder to shoulder is about 17.5" And pit to pit is about 19". Smoke free home Please comment if you'd like more info.
