This dress has deep vee ruching and ties at neck. Very good condition except for one thing (see note and photos). Halter dress in black jersey. High-low hem, gathers shape the body so it clings. Ruching. Very stretchy. (Note: Approx. 4 popped stitches in two or three places around chest edge.
