IXIA for ModCloth navy and white polka dot dress with a bow accent at the neckline. -bow accent -Retro design -back zipper -knee Length -fit & flare No size tag, but it’s from my own closet so I can confirm it is a 2X. Please see measurements to confirm fit. No fabric tag, but found the tag online and the fabric content is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. This dress has great structure, but also a bit of stretch to it. In excellent condition!
