Modcloth Pleated Poppy Skirt

Modcloth Pleated Chiffon A-Line Skirt - NWOT, never worn. Pattern: black with red and blue poppies. Size M (runs small). Unfortunately bought too small and couldn’t let it go - hoped one day I could wear it because it’s SO cute. Alas it’s time to let it free! My best estimate is that it fits more like a size 6. Length 22” and waist (lying flat across) 14”. SHELL: 100% POLYESTER. LINING: 95% POLYESTER 5% SPANDEX
