Modcloth Treat Yourself Dress 🖤 - NWOT

NWOT (never worn). Super pretty dress with miniature black hearts, velvet bow at the waist, flutter sleeves, and fully lined. Tag says S/M but it's definitely on the smaller side of S. This dress was my unicorn 🦄. I held on to it hoping that it would someday fit. It's time to let it go so someone else can give it all the love. I hope it's you!
