Modcloth XS Floral Fit & Flare Dress

Beautiful fit and flare dress by Modcloth. Size XS, vibrant floral pattern of royal blue and pink. Comes with matching royal blue belt. This dress is fully lined and has pockets. Overall good condition, the fabric is very busy so can't find any stains. Some light wash wear. I found the belt would pop open so would just secure it with a hair elastic. *PLEASE NOTE* This dress has no stretch and is a true XS.
