mystylecrush The dresses get shipped as we receive them from the designer; inside out (usually) and folded in a plastic bag, and boxed. If you wish for a gusseted, matte, black bridal bag to hang it in, they are for sale, here https://poshmark.ca/listing/Wedding-Dress-Garment-Bag-Gusseted-60a401be81a36c54c928ad38

ldsing @mystylecrush hello! Just wanted to confirm the sizing, when I research size 6 in the bridal industry it’s much smaller then what is in the listing 🤷🏻‍♀️

mystylecrush @ldsing Hi there! Please read the item description; this gown is a "bridal" size 8, so more like a regular size 4 or 6. The body measurements for the gown are there, from the designer size chart. Different designers have different size charts, so vary considerably. Alfred Angelo is (slightly) bigger than other designers. ALL new designer bridal gowns require alterations for fit, so most people need the bust, straps and length altered. Please let me know any other questions. Congratulations! :)

jacquelineda440 Hi, I’m quite tall so I was hoping to confirm some measurements. On the front of the gown- From the bottom of the bust to the bottom lace trim? Thank you!

mystylecrush @jacquelineda440 It is me in the pics; I am 5 foot 5 (not including shoes), and the gown brushed the tops of my feet. (Your feet are meant to show, just fyi!). It's quite long for a hi-low! I can take measures from the bottom of the bodice to the bottom of the trim when I am back at the shop tomorrow. :) Congratulations on your engagement!

jacquelineda440 @mystylecrush I really like the dress but I am unsure about the length. I’m 5inches taller than you. I definitely need your personal opinion please 🙏🏻

mystylecrush @jacquelineda440 it really depends on where you want it to land. These gown are made for 5”8/5”9 samples (even the tea length versions), and most people require a hem for length. Even tea lengths typically are too long for people and hit at an awkward spot, and they decide where they’d like it hemmed to. I found this dress too long on me, but I prefer to show the whole ankle and bottom of calf.

mystylecrush @jacquelineda440 (I actually like my capris and mid skirts to land where my calves go in, under my knees, so top of calves, as I have ENORMOUS CALFS) We even had 1 lady hem the front to above the knee! So there’s no wrong answer, it just depends on where you would like it to end! It will trail in the back as it is. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! :)

mystylecrush @jacquelineda440 great news! There is just over 6 inches between the shortest measure of the scalloped lace, to the bottom of the lace. The netting underneath that goes to the bottom of the lace! So if needed, the lace could be dropped down up to 6 inches! :)
