Modern art to wear vintage maxi skirt by a Canadian designer from Nova Scotia

Perfection of colors, of patterns, of cut, of comfort. Print has a tribal feel with a modern twist. It reminded me of Charlie Chaplin modern time movie when I saw it in the boutique of Vicki Bardon, designer and owner. You will get a lot of compliments with this unique skirt. One of my favorite lifetime pieces. Versatile: you can wear with red, black, teal, shades of cream, orange, rust or any color that you wish to accent. Good to travel because of the colours. The hues vary with the lighting. Please make sure you look at the measurements below to make sure it fits you. No label as to nature of fabric but it feels like rayon. I had it dry cleaned before storing it for years. Purchased in the early 1990's (so vintage) from this famous designer in Nova Scotia in her original boutique in beautiful Mahone Bay. Size is M-large according to label. The waist expands thanks to an elastic at the back. At rest, the waist measures 14.75 inches when flat. When expanded about 16.25 inches. Two large pockets on the sided. Buttons at the front (false wood). Condition: I do not see any sign of wear or tear.
