Modern vintage black and blue plaid halter dress without belt punk alternative

This is easily one of my fav finds to date! Black and blue plaid halter dress with a deep v-neck front and a lower back. Zippered at one hip for ease of zipping. If the front is too deep for you, pair it with a cute lacy tank so it can poke out the front. There is a part around the natural waist that has belt loops for a thin belt. This belt is missing but throw on a black or gold skinny belt and you are ready to rock this! (Silver belt not included) Tag says made in Turkey but I tried to find some information about this brand (Setre collection) and I was unable to find anything else with that tag. This is believed to be 90s or early 00s/Y2K. Fell in love with the girl at the rock show.. pair with fishnets and combat boots and you’re ready for a night out.
