Modernist enamel necklace signed Gervais

The vibrant abract (is it a face, a moose...?) pendant hangs about 1-2/3 inches on a thick 18-inch chain. Created by Robert Gervais, a Quebec enamel jewelry artist of the 60s and 70s, a contemporary of de Passille Sylvestre and Jules Perrier. On the back, underneath his unique signature, it reads: Fait au Québec/Made in Canada - a lovely nod to our country's two official languages. In great condition, with no chipping or flaking and only very small light scratches.
