Comfy Wrap Skirt by Canadian company Modrobes. What a find! These are the poster bottoms of Cool Canadian Clothing circa 2000. Good condition, faded stain at the waist line and mild pilling but otherwise in excellent shape. Tiny safety pin hole where the skirt was fastened shut. Adjustable waist band that clips. Waist measures 19 inches flat and without adjustments. Can tighten almost as small as you want. Waist 13 inches to 19 inches length 15.5 inches
