Mofusand Orange Dragon Plush (tag slightly damaged)

Features the adorable mofusand character from Japan dressed as what seems like an orange...dragon? That's what I'm going with but super adorable and it's also wearing a skirt. I also like the details on the tail to make it look like a leaf. It's very soft and cuddly. Slight bent on the tag, see pic.
