Mohair Alpaca Balaclava

Hand knit from 1 strand kid mohair & silk in the colour petrol and 1 strand 100% alpaca in navy. Alpaca is amazing as it tends not to bother those affected by wools and is more insulative. Kid mohair is much softer than regular mohair and adds a lovely halo. Combining the two gives great colour depth my phone refused to capture and also a more lux overall look. Wear under a coat ....or over a coat depending on the collar. Wore once briefly but I run a bit warm and thankfully just Nova Scotia doesn't get cold enough for this. To get an idea of size each square on the back ground is 1" long by 1" wide.
