@wdwfanatic100 hi! I don't find it itchy at all. It's made with Mohair, cotton and acrylic, none of which are generally itchy. The Mohair makes it soft and fluffy. I don't know what it's like to wear it, it's too small for me and I don't want to stretch it out but it it certainly feels very soft to the touch. Hope that helps
