Molly Bracken Tulle Polka Dot Midi Skirt NWT

Hard to photograph as a still. It’s very pretty on, just bought the wrong size for me. The top layer is tulle with tiny dainty polka dots. The tulle is also pleated with small pleats. There is a lining underneath which is a solid silky feeling polyester. The top layer is about a foot longer than the shorter under layer, which then shows off the pretty tulle.
