Momotaro has faithfully captured their deep blue hue seen in all of their flagship 15.7oz denim, but clocking in at 10oz here, they’ve eased on the weight and made the overall silhouette more comfortable. The lightweight, supple fabric feels like a denim shirt, yet is extremely comfortable. The high-density weave provides both strength and firmness. No signs of abuse. Not showing whiskers or honeycombs as you’d expect more from heavier weight denim. There is a bit of indigo transfer onto the battle stripes, so they are not pristinely white.
