st8phanie Hello everyone (including seller! A little piece of advice that I recently came to learn (the hard way) and that I hope the message is passed on is that the QR codes for Moncler are not always reliable. If the coat is older and has been sold many times over OR the seller shows the QR code in pictures - the code may be used many times on the Website. What happens is instructed to block the code for further authentications. This is because the system thinks that the code is being used by fakes.

st8phanie I purchased an authentic Moncler - and when I put in the code it said that the coat was not authentic. I was so pissed off. I called Moncler and asked them what happened as Poshmark has authenticated it. After sending in many many photos and a lot of pressure on my part the coat was authenticated. Please spread the word so that we can purchase real Monclers without the headache!!!
