Zipper fly and one button closure at the front. High waisted / high rise with a very interesting rear pockets design - flap pocket with a semi-circle flounce fabric design for a toughtful and unique detail. Belt loops. not stretch. Perfect with a ruffle high neck / tie neck blouse in red or mustard yellow fitted body suit for a fit & flare style. Very good condition. Very minor use of fabric on the waist band (see picture).
