Beautiful flowy summer dress in a vibrant royal blue. Pleat on the back of the dress at the top. Darts at the side of the bust, but no waist definition. Fabric has a little texture to it and it feels like a crepe fabric. Monk & Lou is a brand sold by Plenty - a small boutique chain in Vancouver and Victoria (and one in Calgary).
