Each preassembled model we list for sale is in the build condition as shown in the pictures. While we take great care in packing and shipping our preassembled model cars, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.  Each model will be gently wrapped in tissue, placed into a sealed plastic bag, and then bubble wrapped to further protect it in transit. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the model you purchase will arrive 100% intact as pictured, we do hope it does arrive intact.  The logic in using a sealed bag is that any piece that may become dislodged will be captured in the bag allowing the buyer to replace the piece.  Due to this we do not accept returns unless the incorrect model has been shipped.  The Monogram 39 Chevy Panel Truck "Dr. Feelgood's Elixir" Model 2772 (1:24 scale, Pre-Assembled) is a classic scale model representing a customized 1939 Chevrolet Panel Truck.
