Monogram pattern Coach adjustable Crossbody Saddle Bag bought around 2006 in Seattle. Excellent quality used mostly for vacations.
Front pouch. Main compartment has a zipper pouch. Quite deep it can fit my KVD Beauty pallet. There is a picture so you can judge sizing.
I don’t have a dust bag for this particular bag, but I do have a very large one for a tote bag you can have.

@marceyhanley Hi - this is 8” from the zipped closure top area and 7” across.
From the front pouch is is 7” x 7”
Crossbody strap is 43” and it’s on a sliding cincher to make it tighter or looser.
