Monopoly Adventure Time. Collector's Edition (2013) Board Game 90% complete

This board game: Monopoly Adventure Time Collector's Edition (2013) Board Game from Hasbro Gaming and USAopoly is 90% almost complete but has one player piece missing (the crown) which I replaced with a hat and I had to repint teh instructions which were missing, and everything is in great shape except some box wearing and minor damage on the back of the box but the box seems to be in great shape except some minor wear on it.. It is sold as is with the missing instructions and 1 piece. The pieces and instructions are shown in the pictures.
