Monsoon Summer Dress in Green Black and White

Going on a cruise-this is the dress for you. Crossover bodice, with matching tie, full skirt, empire waist and fully lined. Does up at the side with an invisible zipper. The fabric is satin like and fall beautifully. Purchased on sale but never worn. This is a UK 12, which is about a US size 8. There is no stretch to this fabric, so please take careful note of the measurement photos.
